Little Biny Mindful Kids Yoga

Welcome to our Little Biny Mindful Kids Yoga!

Moving Mind, Body and Soul.

During our many years as preschool teachers, we felt the need to incorporate good health practices to help our students learn how to slow down in such a fast paced world. As they grow into adults, they need to learn to manage stress and make sure they have a healthy balance in their lives. Our purpose at Little Biny Mindful Kids Yoga is to provide the tools to integrate the child's interest and expression to empower them in their self-awareness, creativity, concentration, social skills, and self-esteem through a fun, engaged, and positive time together

Our Curriculum

Our Mindful Kids Yoga curriculum is divided into three pillars:


  • Mind - Children will learn how to use Mindfulness and Breathing techniques as tools to encourage healthy emotional balance.
  • Body -  Through Asana poses, children will be invited to challenge their coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility.
  • Soul - Children will be encouraged to show  kindness, share, and support each other. 

OUR PROGRAMS

In-School Mindful Kids Yoga

We offer in-school classes for ages 2 to 12 years old. Our typical yoga class begins with a yoga welcoming song followed by our pranayama (breathing), a yoga journey, a lesson in mindfulness, a guided rest, and a sharing time.
